One of the major themes of last week’s Budget was the Government’s aim to encourage trading and in particular export trading. In fact, the Chancellor set an ambitious target to double annual UK exports to £1 trillion by 2020.
It is increasingly important to recognise that many business opportunities are now global – businesses that even a couple of years ago would have focussed solely on the UK are looking for and successfully accessing opportunities around the world.
