We are proud to be supporting another local charity. TecAidUK is recycling old hand held electronic devices and selling them on to raise money for local children’s charities. Yvonne Hutchinson is the power behind the brand and Yvonne has selected the West Yorkshire Forget Me Not Trust as her first beneficiary.

Krishna Patel, who met Yvonne at Revell Ward’s First Friday Club, was delighted to receive one of the first donor boxes on behalf of Revell Ward. Krishna said “I am so pleased that First Friday has proved to be a successful hub for connecting people.”

Yvonne said “I am delighted with the support Revell Ward have given me so far as I am working very hard to get TecAidUK established.”

If you have a hand held electrical device that you no longer require please drop it off at our collection point.

 It’s a Knock Out

Revell Ward sponsors It’s a Knockout event at The John Smith’s Stadium with Huddersfield Town!

The Revell Ward sponsored networking event took place at the Stadium and involved nine corporate teams made up of representatives from Revell Ward, Huddersfield Town, Robertson Baxter, CBC Computers, One17 Design, Brewfitt, Paxman Coolers, Design Junkie, Southdale Homes, Kirklees Active Leisure, Yorkshire Air Ambulance, Pink Link and Worthington Brown.

In total, 90 people took part in a variety of obstacle courses and challenges with our client One17 Design coming out on top. Whilst, another client, Huddersfield Town came in last!

Huddersfield Town’s Senior Commercial Manager Tracy Nelson commented:

“It was another poor effort from our team on the back of last year’s last placed finish!

It was, though, another very fun day and superbly attended by a number of our Club partners. It put a different spin on a networking event and a good day was had by all those involved.”

Karen Borowski of Revell Ward said, “At Revell Ward we have Charity at heart and we would like to thank all those that took part. Our Charity “13 in 2013 Challenge” aims to benefit up to 13 local Charities this year. We hope everyone enjoyed this very special day, and a chance to experience the Revell Ward way.”
